At Radiant Rural, we support a range of projects, including Early Childhood Development, Education, Environmental Conservation, WASH & Safe Water, Healthcare, Beekeeping, and Community Development. Below are some of our recent and past projects. Our Impact ➜
We operate and run Chui Daycare & Learning Centre. We follow the national government curriculum while using a play-based approach to learning.
Children are also introduced to digital learning through electronic devices and interactive toys, helping them develop digital skills and confidence to better navigate the world of tomorrow.
Children learn personal hygiene in a fun and practical way. Brushing teeth, washing hands, learning about body parts, cleaning and eating healthy are some of the activities taught. We collaborate with health officials to ensure the well-being of children.
Radiant Rural plants trees at the start of the rainy season in Tanzania and takes care of the trees throughout the year.
In the 2026 season, we aim to plant 2,000 trees in Mnolo Village, on the grounds of our new school, and at the Makuyuni campsite.
In 2022, Radiant Rural members, in support of the local community, launched a beekeeping project in Kinyangiri and Ishenga Villages.
Radiant Rural supports the construction and installation of beehives in farms and forests. The goal is for every household in the villages to own at least one beehive.
Through this project, we aim to increase honey production and strengthen household incomes, contributing to improved livelihoods in the community.
In 2020, Radiant Rural managed to establish a nursery in Mkalama District in Singida region. The project produced more than 1,000 seedlings of 12 different plant species, including fruit and timber trees. All trees were planted in schools, gardens and farms in Mkalama.
In 2021, Clotilde and Shams decided to build a kindergarten and children’s playground in Kinyangiri Village, Tanzania. The project was inspired by the sight of many children roaming the village streets without a safe place to learn and play.
